"This one is going to be a long one. This is probably gonna be the longest review I have ever written for somebody. Maybe because the subject itself is a little bit more sensitive for me than anything else.
In the beginning of 2025 I was seen by several other specialist before coming to Dr. Hetzler. And even though I was confident about the process, it didn’t quite go as I expected. And not because they did it wrong, or they were unprofessional, I’m not here to degrade their work. But sometimes the vibes don’t match, I guess that’s what it was.
Few months ago into spring I accidentally stumbled on Dr. Hetzler’s office which I found from Google. Unfortunately I won’t be able to put in words what meeting him means to me (and also I’m just scared to jinx it haha). Not only that he’s a craftsman and absolutely talented, but he is also an incredible human being, a wonderful listener, a person who has an enormous empathy for those who come to him. And he has a big pure heart! Protect him at all costs. We’re living in the world where people like Dr. Hetzler are rareness.
My special thanks goes to Nelli (I hope I spelled your name correctly) for making me feel home every time I had an appointment. Warmest hugs for always welcoming me with your beautiful smile.

Clayton’s Prosthetic
"I can't say enough good things about Zach at Hetzler.....the process to make Clayton' prosthetic was insane. We got there at 9, and he spent all day going back and forth to make sure he got it right. He took his time, talked to us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and made sure it was a perfect match and fit for Clayton. He would do some adjustments, then tell us to take a break while it cured so we could try again. He had the patience of a saint through it all too, and was such a perfectionist about his work. It really is a work of art!!! His personality matched ours too so he was super chill and easy to work with, he made us feel comfortable, and he is beyond confident in his work. 6 out of 5 stars from us! "
