"I could write an entire book on how amazing and thankful I am for Zachary, not only him but his parents who made my first prosthetic 23 years ago. It still would not even come close to scratching the surface on how absolutely amazing they are not only at their jobs but who they are as people. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and so nice and caring. They all take pride in what they do and it shows as soon as you walk through the door. I couldn't be more thankful or blessed to have the Hetzler group!"

"I’ve known Kathy and her son for years because me and my brother both have a prosthetic left eye. It’s been a while since I’ve came down here for an appointment and it’s been great so far and I’m glad to have such a good person like Kelly (if that’s her name, I think?) to help and explain things to me. They do a great job and there’s no other place better than Hetzler’s."

"So my daughter lost her eye at very young age. And the first time I met Kathy and Jay I was very scared but that quickly changed. The whole entire staff and Kathy and Jay and their son and your daughter were very sweet to me and my daughter they treat us with respect they treated this like human beings and talk to us and sat down and actually explain. I love love there office"
